The Spread Love toastie

Sourdough, a thick layer of Spread Love, aged cheddar. Pan-fry in butter until the cheese runs into the smoke.

Ingredients

• 2 slices sourdough
• 2 tbsp Spread Love
• 60 g aged cheddar
• Butter

Method

1. Spread one slice thickly with Spread Love.
2. Add the cheddar and close the sandwich.
3. Pan-fry in butter on a low heat, pressing gently.
4. Flip once, until golden and the cheese runs into the smoke.
